If you have landed on my page, that probably is because you are either an engineer, an engineering student or someone that would like to be part of a high-level professional technical career, such as the ones available in motorsport, especially F1. If this is the case, you are in the correct place!

My name is Dan and I'm a Formula1 engineer. I have a master's Degree from Oxford Brookes University in Motorsport Engineering and a long career (and counting) as a Formula 1 engineer. I have won 3x World Championships with the Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 Team and Lewis Hamilton and participated in the design of many F1 cars.

My motivations to allow you to be part of my Formula 1 Engineering Mentoring course are the following. On one hand, it took me a lot of effort, time, and hard work to get into F1, so I would like to motivate and provide a solid tool for the newer generations to pursue their career. On the other hand, statistics are showing that each year there is more and more demand for engineers, and at times we are even in shortage, so my question is: Who is going to keep building the World? The answer is: Us! So join my team and let's save Engineering!

what can you expect from my mentoring course?
no pre-recorded videos, the mentoring course is face-to-face with me live and online. the program of the course is designed in a way that it only takes a couple of hours per week for a maximum of 7 or 8 sessions/weeks. The course also has a flexible schedule and it's budget-friendly.

the content of my mentoring course is engineered in a way that it will allow me to teach you the most important things I have learned and experienced as a Formula 1 engineer, such as: how to write an F1-level curriculum and cover letter that raises the attention of the recruiters and how to nail an f1 or high-level motorsport-type interview. during the course I will also teach you about working under pressure in f1, how we design a Formula 1 car, and even how to make the best out of an engineering career and find the perfect work-life balance.
